How to cook a delicious omelet in a bag

To make a fluffy and hearty omelet, you don't need to cook it in a frying pan. For the perfect taste and consistency, you can use ordinary plastic bags. With a few simple manipulations and only three ingredients, you will get an unrealistically delicious dish for every day.

The idea was published on the kulinar.home Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • medium-sized chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 0.5 cups
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with salt with a fork, whisk or mixer until stable foam.

2. Gradually add milk in small portions, whisking at the same time. You should get a fluffy mass of semi-liquid consistency.

3. Take a regular bag and put another one in it. While the eggs are being beaten, put a pot of water on the fire and bring to a boil.

4. Pour the beaten eggs into the prepared bags and tie them well so that the mass does not leak out during cooking. Dip the ready-made bag in water that has already boiled well and keep it on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

5. Then carefully cut the bag open and take out the finished omelet.
