How to quickly cook canned meat: the easiest recipe
This recipe for homemade canned meat is easy. It is made with meat and your favorite spices and can be combined with all kinds of dishes and even with plain bread as a sandwich.

Ingredients:
- meat
- ground pepper
- salt
- peppercorns
- bay leaf
- seasoning for meat
- garlic
- sterilized jars and lids
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into random pieces.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste. You need about 1 tbsp of salt per 1 kg of meat. Stir.
3. Put the garlic, 5 peppercorns and half a bay leaf on the bottom of the jar.
4. Tamp the meat. Leave 1.5-2 cm to the top of the jar.
5. Close the jars tightly with lids and put them in a large saucepan to sterilize for 5 hours. The water level in the pot should be 2 cm higher than the jars. First sterilize on high heat and then on low heat after boiling.
6. Leave the jars in water to cool. Store in a cool place too.
