The most unpleasant thing about cooking beetroot dishes is boiling the vegetables. Hands, table, and dishes – everything gets dirty and very difficult to clean. In addition, traditional boiling takes a lot of time. Fortunately, there is a method that will take only 15 minutes to cook and still leave everything clean.

1. Put the clean beetroot in a plastic bag.
2. Pour plain cold water over the vegetables so that they are completely covered.

- pickled cucumber – 1 pc
- garlic – 2 cloves
- walnuts – 35 g
- apple – 1 pc
- mayonnaise – 80 g
- prunes – 35 g
What vitamin salad can be made from beets
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and coarsely grate the beets.
2. Prunes pour hot water and leave for a while to swell.
3. Remove, dry, remove the pits, cut into strips.
4. Finely chop the pickles. Squeeze the garlic.
5. Peel the apple from the skin and seeds, and grate coarsely.
