To bake potatoes deliciously, you don't need to peel and cut them into slices. If you leave the vegetable in its skin, it will be very soft inside and juicy. All you need to do is crush the potatoes with a mug.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 8 pcs
  • oil – 1.5 tbsp + smoked wig and salt 1 tsp each

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • gherkins – 30 g
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • sour cream (10-15%) – 5 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft (about 20-25 minutes).

2. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the potatoes, and press them down with a cup (you can grease the bottom with oil, so they will stick less), so that they are all flat.

3. In a small bowl, mix the oil + salt + paprika, brush the potatoes on top, and put them in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

4. For the sauce, finely chop the gherkins (small cucumbers from a jar), garlic, sour cream, and soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl.
