Ingredients:
- sauerkraut - about 1 liter
- white cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- meat (fatty pork) - 600-700 g
- dried mushrooms - two handfuls
- onions - 1-2 pcs.
- tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste
- oil
- water
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the meat in a dry frying pan until golden brown, then transfer it to a saucepan.
2. Then pour in water to 2-3 cm above the meat.
3. Add the washed dried mushrooms and cook over medium heat until the meat is soft.
4. Rinse the sauerkraut several times so that it is not too salty.
5. Chop the white cabbage and add to the meat and mushrooms, add water to cover the cabbage and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
