In summer, so many healthy berries and fruits are, of course, best eaten fresh – this way you get the maximum benefit. But there are many more ways to preserve them, such as making delicious jam, jam, compote, freezing, and making flavorful juice, and it's easy to do.

Useful tips:
1. Any fruit of your choice is suitable for canned juice. Just keep in mind that, for example, 3 kg of apples will yield about 1 liter of juice.
2. Sugar
It is very important to make the juice moderately sweet, 1 tbsp. of sugar is suitable for 1 liter, but often this is little or a lot, you need to try. It all depends on how sour the fruit is.
But you should know that juice can be stored even without sugar.
3. Water
As a rule, water is added to juice just before drinking, but not before cooking.
4. Preserve only when hot
Juices should be canned immediately – hot, after cooking. Twist the jar and be sure to turn it upside down.
5. Remove seeds and pits
Before making fruit juice, be sure to remove the seeds and pips, as they will give off an unpleasant bitterness.
