The idea of making cherry jam for the winter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna with the nickname reeixit. You only need 2 ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • cherries without pits - 1 kg.
  • sugar - 4 cups (200 g glass)

Method of preparation:

1. It is important to add sugar to the cherries in 4 stages. For example, if you have 2 kg of cherries, you need 8 cups of sugar.

2. Add two cups of sugar to the cherries.

3. Stir and wait for the berries to boil.

4. After that, cook over high heat so that the boiling is intense for 5 minutes.

5. Add 2 cups of sugar again.

6. Boil for 5 minutes again and repeat the process 2 more times.

7. Pour into jars.
