How to prepare the perfect dumplings
Perfect homemade dumplings should be very tender and with a juicy filling. Therefore, it is very important to make the dough correctly and choose the right meat. If you use the following technology, you will get exactly the same dumplings as your mother used to make when you werea child.

Ingredients for the dough:
- flour - 650 g
- oil - 3 tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tbsp (10%)
- cold water - 280 ml
- salt - 1 tsp
Ingredients for the filling:
- minced pork - 500 g
- onion - 2 pcs
- salt, pepper - to taste
- cold water - 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, mix flour, oil, vinegar, salt and water.
2. Knead a fairly stiff dough.
3. Let it rest. Make the filling.
4. Add grated onion to minced meat. Salt and pepper.
5. Pour in water and stir.
6. Roll out the dough thinly and, using a glass, squeeze out circles.
7. Take one, put the filling on it and make the rest.
8. Boil in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes after they surface.
