How to prepare the perfect dinner dish: recipe for dorado with vegetables
Dorado fish is a very healthy product, which contains a lot of phosphorus, as well as vitamins and useful microelements. Moreover, it is dietary and can be prepared in just 10 minutes.
Oleksandr Hromliuk shared a simple recipe for delicious dorado baked with vegetables.
Ingredients:
- dorado - 2 pcs
- sweet potato - 600 g
- champignons - 100 g
- chanterelles - 100 g
- red bell pepper - 50 g
- green bell pepper - 50 g
- red chili pepper - 10 g
- green chili pepper - 10 g
- garlic - 1 clove
- lemon zest - 10 g
- rosemary - 2 g
- olive oil - 1-2 tbsp
- unagi (eel) sauce - 70 g
Method of preparation:
- Season the dorado with salt and pepper beforehand and put it in a preheated pan with oil. Fry on both sides until crispy.
- Boil the unpeeled sweet potatoes.
- Chop the bell pepper and hot pepper and add to the pan. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and fry thoroughly.
- Add chopped garlic, a slice of lemon and rosemary to the fish. Put it on a baking sheet with foil. Surround it with fried vegetables and peeled and chopped sweet potatoes.
- Pour the unagi sauce over the fish and bake at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
