How to prepare the perfect chicken in the oven: an interesting technique
It's not enough to just use a marinade to make baked chicken taste and look good. This main dish should be juicy inside and have a crispy crust.
Dr. Ndi MuVenda shared how to cook just such a chicken in the oven on X. All you need is chicken, lots of toothpicks, and a marinade made with the simplest ingredients.
First, he took a chicken and inserted toothpicks into it. Then he put the meat in a frying pan filled with oil so that the chicken was halfway submerged and fried it for one minute on each side. Then he took out the toothpicks.
Next, he mixed two tablespoons of white vinegar with a teaspoon of salt and used the mixture to coat the chicken. Then he added 50 ml of soy sauce with 1 tsp of chili and oregano flakes, garlic powder, and sweet paprika.
Finally, he put sliced potatoes, onions, tomatoes, zucchini, and herbs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. He then added salt, favorite spices and oil. Next, he put the chicken on top and baked it at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
