How to prepare successful yeast dough for fried pies
Pies are a delicious, versatile, and completely independent dish. And it's even better when they can be made with a minimum of ingredients and without long kneading and baking. In this case, fried pies with water and yeast are ideal. Be sure to use eggs and green onions as a filling. It turns out to be quite seasonal, easy and satisfying.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- flour - 700 g
- kefir - 500 ml
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- yeast - 9 g
Filling:
- boiled eggs - 10 pcs
- green onions - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the dough, mix kefir, eggs, sugar, salt, oil and yeast.
2. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. The dough should be very soft and sticky. Let it rest to increase in size by 2-3 times.
3. Meanwhile, chop the eggs and onion. Stir until smooth.
4. Put the finished dough on a floured surface. Divide the dough into small pieces.
5. Put the filling and form pies.
6. Fry them.
