How to prepare pork ribs in a tandoor
If you want to cook a tasty, very nutritious and flavorful meat dish, one of the best options is pork ribs. They will be a great option for both festive and everyday meals.
The chef of GRIGLIATA restaurant, Liubov Sakundiak, shared an amazing recipe for a delicious dish - pork ribs in tandoor - which you can easily cook at home even in the oven (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- rib - 1.4 kg
- fine sea salt - 15 g
- ground black pepper - 2 g
- sweet paprika - 10 g
- coriander - 5 g
- thyme - 5 g
- cumin - 5 g
Method of preparation:
- Mix the spices.
- Cut the meat into portions.
- Rub them well with the spice mixture and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- After that, fry well in a tandoor for about 20 minutes or bake at 180 C in the oven for 50 minutes.
The finished dish is best served with ciabatta bread and barbecue sauce.
