If you want to cook a tasty, very nutritious and flavorful meat dish, one of the best options is pork ribs. They will be a great option for both festive and everyday meals.

The chef of GRIGLIATA restaurant, Liubov Sakundiak, shared an amazing recipe for a delicious dish - pork ribs in tandoor - which you can easily cook at home even in the oven (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Ingredients:

  • rib - 1.4 kg
  • fine sea salt - 15 g
  • ground black pepper - 2 g
  • sweet paprika - 10 g
  • coriander - 5 g
  • thyme - 5 g
  • cumin - 5 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the spices.
  2. Cut the meat into portions.
  3. Rub them well with the spice mixture and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  4. After that, fry well in a tandoor for about 20 minutes or bake at 180 C in the oven for 50 minutes.

The finished dish is best served with ciabatta bread and barbecue sauce.
