The dough in this dessert is not fastidious: it can be made with kefir, milk or sour cream. But in order to ensure that it is not mixed in the baking process and did not turn out the usual chocolate dumpling, it is important to observe the proportions.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 100 g
  • sour cream - 120 g
  • butter - 80 g
  • sugar - 170 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • cocoa powder - 20 g
  • cream/kefir - 1 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 14 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

2. Combine eggs, sugar, sour cream, baking soda and softened butter. Beat until smooth.

3. Add the flour and mix.

4. Divide the dough into 2 parts, add cocoa and cream/kefir to one part. Stir.

5. Grease a mold with butter, sprinkle with flour and place the dough, alternating colors.

6. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool.
