The recipe for low-calorie cheese rings was shared by nutritionist Alex Mil on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 100 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- flour - 40 g
- baking powder - 4 g
- dill
- egg
- yolk
- sesame seeds
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate hard cheese and chop dill.
2. Mix cottage cheese with hard cheese, egg, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
3. Form balls with wet hands, cutting out the center.
4. Put on a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
