Ingredients:
- minced meat - 600 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- mushrooms - 400 g
- hard cheese - 150 g
- flour - 3 tbsp
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, add the egg, and mix.
2. Add flour and mix again.
3. Chop and fry the mushrooms.
4. Once the excess moisture has evaporated, add sour cream.
5. Make a depression in minced meat balls to form nests and roll them in breadcrumbs.
6. Put the mushroom filling.
7. Put the nests on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with hard cheese and bake for another 20 minutes.
