How to cook liver.

Ingredients:

  • beef liver - 1 kg

  • onion - 2 pcs.

  • milk - 1 liter

  • oil - 30 g

  • flour - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the liver, put it in a bowl and cover with milk for several hours.
