How to prepare liver pancake cake: a classic recipe for a favorite dish
Liver pancake cake is a very tasty, simple and satisfying dish that is prepared with just a few ingredients. It successfully combines them, so you don't taste the bitter taste of liver at all. Thus, the dish is ideal for those who are not very fond of this product. It will taste best when prepared according to a classic recipe.

Ingredients:
For pancakes:
- liver - 500 g
- carrots - 200 g
- onion - 150 g
- milk - 150 ml
- flour - 100 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- salt, pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- mayonnaise - 300 g
- garlic, salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and carrot. Fry in a pan until tender.
2. Pass the finished vegetables together with the liver through a meat grinder.
3. Add the eggs, milk and flour to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Fry the pancakes.
5. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
6. Grease the pancakes with and form a cake. Decorate as desired.
