Kyiv-style cutlets are a very popular and delicious dish based on chicken, butter, and herbs. To make the cutlets juicy and soft, you need to bake them in the oven after frying.

Cook Olena shared a recipe for delicious, crispy Kyiv-style cutlets with butter and herbs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • fillet - 1.5 kg
  • butter - 150 g
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs - 300 g
  • flour - 100 g
  • oil - 200 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Mix butter with dill and form a sausage. Put it in the freezer. Then take out and cut into pieces.

2. Divide the fillet into two parts and beat off. Sprinkle with spices.

3. Put a piece of butter on a small piece of fillet, form a small cutlet and cover with a large piece of fillet.

4. Dip the cutlet in the egg mixture and roll in the breadcrumbs.

5. Fry the cutlets in a large amount of oil, then put them on a baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
