How to prepare hearty tuna roll in the oven

Tuna can be used to make not only sandwiches and salads but also a full-fledged appetizer roll. The dish is baked in the oven, so it is quite lean but juicy. It can be served both at a festive table and as any everyday meal.

The idea for tuna roll was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Solomia Naum (fitfoodsolomia). The ingredients are also very healthy.

Ingredients:

  • tuna in its own juice or with a minimum amount of oil - 360 g
  • olives - 100 g
  • tomato - 1 pc
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs
  • raw eggs - 2 pcs
  • crackers or whole wheat flour - 70 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil 3 eggs, cool them and cut into cubes.

2. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

3. Chop the olives.

4. In a large bowl, mix the tuna, chopped boiled eggs, tomato and olives.

5. Add the raw eggs, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs or flour.

6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

7. Use your hands to form a roll from the resulting mass and place it on a baking sheet.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.

9. Cool the finished roll a little, cut into portions and serve.
