How to prepare golden stuffed zrazy: recipe for the perfect potato dough
Potato zrazy are special pies made from potato dough, for which even yesterday's mashed potatoes are suitable. The filling for zrazy can be different: minced meat, mushrooms, meat, cabbage and even offal. The main thing is to make a good dough.

Ingredients:
- boiled potatoes - 600 g
- butter
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 60 g
- salt, pepper
Filling:
- mushrooms - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper
- breadcrumbs (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender and then mash them with butter. Allow to cool slightly.
2. After the potatoes have cooled, add the egg, flour and spices. Mix well.
3. For the filling, chop and fry the mushrooms.
Important. Take into account the type of mushrooms you use. For example, porcini mushrooms need to be boiled before frying. If you use champignons, you can fry them immediately.
4. Add chopped onions and spices to the mushrooms. Fry until tender.
5. Form zrazy. With wet hands, take a little potato mass, make it flat and wrap the filling inside, securing the sides.
6. Roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry until tender.
