The secret to fluffy pancakes is to sift the flour so that the dough is saturated with oxygen, and don't forget to add baking powder. However, the most important thing is to fry them properly, namely in a dry frying pan and over low heat. Turn the pancakes over when bubbles appear on the surface.
Ingredients:
- milk - 200 ml
- flour - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 30 g
- butter - 30 g
- baking powder - 6 g
- vanilla - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg with sugar, add milk, and mix.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder together, mix thoroughly, pour into the egg mixture and mix again to avoid lumps.
3. Add oil and mix well again to make the batter look like thick, fatty sour cream.
4. Heat a pan and fry the pancakes over low heat and turn over when bubbles appear on the surface.
