Flaxseed porridge is a healthy product that has become especially popular in recent years. Many housewives mistakenly think that cooking porridge deliciously is a complicated and time-consuming process. However, this is not the case at all as it takes only two minutes to prepare. Moreover, flaxseed porridge cooked in this way is suitable for breakfast and snacks.
Food blogger Anastasia (anastasiia_g) shared a recipe for flaxseed porridge that can be prepared in just two minutes on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- flax - 4 tbsp.
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
- soy/nut milk - 350 ml
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the necessary ingredients in a blender bowl.
2. Beat everything until smooth.
3. Put the resulting mass into a saucepan and put on fire. Heat the porridge but do not boil.
4. This porridge tastes best with berries and fruit.
