How to prepare eggplants for the winter in 30 minutes: the best way
Eggplant is one of the most budget-friendly and delicious vegetables. So, it's no surprise that they often become the basis for a variety of salads and appetizers. In addition, they can be tasty and quickly prepared for the winter and preserved for a long time, namely by pickling.

Ingredients for 1 1.5 liter jar
- eggplants
- bay leaves – 1 pc
- allspice – 3 pcs
- salt – 1 tbsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- vinegar – 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-wash the jars with baking soda and sterilize.
2. Wash the eggplants and peel off the stems. Boil the vegetables in boiling water for about 7 minutes.
3. Put the finished eggplants tightly in a jar.
4. Pour boiling water over the eggplant.
5. Seal the jars tightly. Turn the jars upside down. Leave it until it cools completely.
