How to prepare diet potato pancakes without frying
Potato dishes are considered the most favorite, affordable, and budget-friendly. One of them is potato pancakes or deruny in Ukrainian. However, they can be cooked in a new way, namely in the oven, adding vegetables, cheese, and your favorite spices. It turns out not only delicious but also quite dietary and with minimal fat content.
Food blogger Khrystyna (kristinakey.blog) shared a recipe for potato pancakes with broccoli in the oven on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 400 g
- broccoli - 300 g
- hard cheese - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grate potatoes, broccoli and cheese.
2. Mix everything in a deep bowl.
3. Add eggs, salt and spices. Mix well.
4. Put the resulting mass into molds.
5. Brush the top with olive oil.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
7. Serve with sour cream and sauce.
