Ingredients:
- raw shrimp
- lemon
- pepper
- garlic
- soy sauce
- olive oil
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the raw shrimp and remove the insides.
2. Add oil, pepper, lemon juice, and a spoonful of soy sauce to the shrimp.
3. Leave for 15 minutes.
4. Put a piece of butter in a frying pan and add a little oil.
5. Add the garlic.
6. Fry for a minute and a half on one side and a minute on the other.
7. Put the shrimp on a plate.
8. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with herbs.
