The most delicious, simple and healthy breakfast is oatmeal. Experts say that oatmeal contains a large amount of proteins that improve muscle mass. The cereal can be used not only to make porridge, but also as an ideal alternative to wheat flour.
Food blogger Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for delicious oatmeal with butter that even children will eat on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- water - 100 ml.
- oatmeal - 2 tbsp.
- milk - 200 ml.
- butter - 20 g
- salt - a pinch
- dried fruits, berries, fruit and sugar - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan, add oatmeal and bring to a boil over low heat.
2. Then add milk, stir and cook the porridge to the desired consistency.
3. Add salt and sugar, stir, turn off and top with a piece of butter.
