How to prepare delicious cheeseburger at home

Perhaps everyone has tried to make a delicious cheeseburger at home more than once and failed. Despite the simplicity of the dish, it is quite difficult to prepare, and for an excellent result, you need to choose a good recipe and cook it several times to learn more. You can even give this cheeseburger to your child as school snack as it will be absolutely safe.

Ingredients:
- round bun - 1 pc
- butter - 10 g
- chicken thighs - 120 g
- dill - 50 g
- ketchup - 50 g
- lettuce leaves - 2 pcs
- tomato - 1/2 pc
- cheddar cheese - 1 piece
Ingredients for mayonnaise:
- garlic - 5 g
- yolk - 1 pc
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salt, pepper to taste
- oil - 400 g
- dill - 200 g
Method of preparation:
- First, wash and chop the dill.
- For the mayonnaise, whisk the egg yolk, mustard, oil, salt, pepper, and dill well in a bowl.
- Cut the bun in half, brush the center with a little oil, and fry well in a pan until crispy.
- Pass the chicken thighs through a meat grinder, season with salt and pepper, add dill, and form cutlets with your hands.
- Then grease one part of the toasted bun with mayonnaise, place a cutlet, and grease the other part of the bun with ketchup and place a slice of cheese on it.
- Add lettuce leaves and a chopped tomato and cover with the second half of the bun.
