All the products are available, and the technology is extremely simple.

The idea of making homemade cream cheese was shared by the famous Ukrainian chef Tetiana Lytvynova on her TikTok page.


  • 9% cottage cheese - 300 g
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • butter - 20 g
Cottage cheese should be dense

Method of preparation:

1. Put cottage cheese in a pan.

2. Add baking soda.

3. Mix well and cook at maximum temperature.


4. The cheese should melt.

5. Add a little salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.

6. Add pepper, paprika, and garlic.

Adding spices

7. Mix well so that the temperature is the same everywhere. Break up all the grains.

8. When foam forms and the mass rises, add 20-30 g of butter.

9. Mix well with a spoon.

10. If lumps remain, use a blender.

Use an immersion blender to make the mass smooth

11. Leave the finished cheese at room temperature for a while to thicken.
