- cook the rolls for at least 2 hours.
Ingredients:
- pork chops - 700 g
- mushrooms - 300 g
- cabbage - 1 head
- cream - 40 ml
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 1-3 cloves
- tomato paste - 40 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- bay leaf - 1-2 pcs
Method ofpreparation:
- Wash the cabbage and remove the top leaves. Boil water in a large saucepan and put the cabbage in it.
- In another saucepan, boil the rice in salted water until half cooked.
- Wash the mushrooms, chop them together with the onion, and fry in a pan until golden brown. Be sure to add the tomato paste and mix everything well.
- Then pour in the water, bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
- Beat the meat well.
- Take the cabbage leaves, put a chop and rice in each, and gently roll up.
- Put the cooked cabbage rolls in a saucepan, add chopped garlic, and season with pepper, salt, and bay leaf.
- Then pour the mushroom sauce over the cabbage rolls, cover with a lid and bake at 180-200 C for 2 hours.
