1. With herbs, garlic, horseradish root and grain mustard

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2 kg
  • water - 1 liter
  • garlic - 5-6 cloves
  • grain mustard - 1-2 tsp
  • currant leaves, but you can also use twigs - 2-4 pcs
  • salt - 3 tbsp
  • horseradish root - 1 pc
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • dill - 2 pcs

Method of preparation:

  1. Sterilize the jars in advance in any way convenient for you.
  2. Put currant leaves or twigs, 1 dill, and parsley on the bottom of each one.
  3. Coarsely chop the garlic and horseradish root and add to the jar.
  4. Then add the tomatoes.
  5. For the marinade, dissolve salt in cold water, mix thoroughly and pour over the tomatoes.
  6. Put currant leaves, parsley and dill on top.
  7. Add  mustard and the brine so that it reaches the very top.
  8. Close the jars with plastic lids and place in a cool place.

2. With garlic

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 2 kg
  • water - 1 liter
  • a large handful of garlic - 10-12 pcs
  • salt - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 6 tbsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  2. Boil water well, add sugar a nd salt, mix so that these two ingredients are completely dissolved, remove from heat and let the marinade cool completely.
  3. Carefully remove the tomato stalks, cut the garlic into several pieces and stuff the tomatoes with them well.
  4. Put them in pre-sterilized jars, pour the cooled brine over and cover with plastic lids.
  5. Be sure to put them in a cool, dark place.

3. With hot pepper

Ingredients:

  • water - 1 liter
  • tomatoes - 2 kg
  • hot pepper - 2-3 pcs
  • garlic - 6 cloves
  • salt - 2 tbsp
  • allspice - 5 pcs
  • black pepper - 20 pcs
  • horseradish leaves - 2 pcs
  • dill - 2-3 pcs
  • parsley - a few sprigs

Method of preparation:

  1. Sterilize the jars in any way convenient for you. Put garlic, horseradish leaves, two types of pepper, and dill on the bottom.
  2. Next, put the tomatoes in the middle of the jar.
  3. Wash the hot peppers and put them in the jar together with parsley, the remaining garlic, dill and bay leaf.
  4. For the marinade, dissolve salt in cold water, mix thoroughly and pour it over the tomatoes immediately.
