Recipe for pickled lard with garlic

Ingredients:

  • fresh lard
  • salt, pepper
  • garlic
  • onion
How to pickle lard with onion and garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the lard into medium-sized pieces.

2. Mix salt with pepper. Roll the lard in the resulting mixture on all sides.

3. Pass the garlic through a press and rub the lard with it on all sides.

Lard in jars for the winter

4. Cut onion into half rings.

5. Put the lard in the jar, alternating with the onion. Close the lid and store in the refrigerator.
