The grape season is in full swing. Most people are used to eating this product fresh or in a salad, but it can also be preserved. It turns out to be a complete fruit snack that will perfectly complement any celebration.

Ingredients:

  • grapes - 300 g
  • water - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • allspice - 3 peas
  • bay leaves - 1 pc
  • 1-2 clove buds
  • 70% vinegar - 2 ml (0.5 tsp)
Bay leaves for the dish.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the grapes thoroughly, pour boiling water over for 2 minutes, and drain.

2. Put allspice, bay leaf, and cloves on the bottom of the jar.

3. Put the grapes tightly.

4. Dissolve salt and sugar in water and bring to a boil.

5. Pour the hot brine over the grapes. Add vinegar.

Close with a lid, wrap in a blanket and leave to cool.
