The idea of making quick pickled tomatoes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ksenia Kovalenko (ksusha_kovalenko22). The vegetables will marinate for two to three days.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes – 1 kg.
- large red bell pepper – 2 pcs.
- a head of small garlic – 1 pc.
- herbs (parsley or dill) – a bunch
- salt – 1 tbsp. without a top
- sugar – 50 g
- vinegar 9% – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the tomatoes.
2. Cut into quarters or halves. If cherry, make small cuts.
3. Chop the dill or parsley.
4. Blend the garlic and pepper in a blender into a puree.
5. Add salt, sugar and vinegar to the tomatoes.
6. Put everything in a plate, bag, jar, or container.
7. Refrigerate for two to three days.
8. Stir daily.
