1. Cherry tomatoes with dill and garlic

How to pickle tomatoes deliciously

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
  • Purified water - 2 liters
  • Salt - 3 tbsp. 
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp. 
  • Vinegar 6% - 3 tbsp. 
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Dill umbrellas - 5 pcs.
  • Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
  • Allspice - 5 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks, and make punctures around this place with a toothpick so that the tomatoes do not crack during canning.
  2. Peel the garlic, and cut it in half.
  3. Put the dill umbrellas, garlic, allspice, bay leaf, and tomatoes in the bottom of sterile jars.
  4. Marinade: boil water, add sugar, and salt, bring to a boil, turn off and add vinegar, and mix.
  5. Immediately pour over the tomatoes and preserve.
  6. Turn the jars upside down, be sure to wrap them in a warm towel or blanket, and leave them to cool completely.
  7. Afterward, move the jars to a dark, cool place.

2. Cherry tomatoes with carrots and cloves

Canned tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes - 700 g
  • Purified water - 2 liters
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 4-5 cloves.
  • Cloves - 2-3 pcs.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. 
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • Peppercorns - 6-7 pcs.
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the tomatoes well, remove the stalks, be sure to make punctures so that the tomatoes do not crack.
  2. Sterilize the jars in advance in any convenient way, put garlic, cloves, peppercorns, chopped carrots, onion rings, bay leaf, and tomatoes on the bottom of each jar.
  3. Marinade: Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and add vinegar.
  4. Pour the hot marinade into jars and quickly preserve.
  5. Turn the jars upside down and cover them with a warm towel or blanket.
  6. When they are completely cool, transfer them to a cool, dark place.
