  • sugar - 140 g
  • water - 800 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the cherry plums and put them in sterile jars.

2. Pour boiling water over and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water.

3. Add sugar to the water and make the sugar syrup. Boil the liquid until the sugar dissolves.

4. Pour the syrup over the cherry plum and close with lids.

Ingredients:

  • cherry plum - 1 kg
  • sugar - 750 g
  • water - 250 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the cherry plum into a saucepan and cover with water. Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes. The cherry plum should separate well from the pit.

2. Drain the juice and rub the cherry plum through a sieve.

3. Pour the resulting puree into a frying pan and add sugar. Cook until thickened for about 30 minutes.

4. Pour the jelly into jars and close with lids.

Ingredients:

  • cherry plum - 1 kg
  • sugar - 1300 g
  • water - 200 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Remove pits.

2. Cook the sugar syrup. Boil water with sugar until completely dissolved.

3. Then add the cherry plum to the syrup, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and leave for 8 hours to cool completely.

4. Put the jam back on the fire, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.

5. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and close with lids.
