How to pickle cabbage with beets and carrots quickly and deliciously
If you're looking for a versatile and budget-friendly salad, ordinary cabbage will do the trick. It can be deliciously marinated with beets, carrots, and onions. And the best part is that you can eat the dish the next day. This quick pickled cabbage goes well with cereals, pasta, mashed potatoes, and can also be eaten with bread as an independent dish.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1 100 g
- beets - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- red onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 5 cloves
The marinade:
- water - 750 ml
- vegetable oil - 80 ml
- 6% vinegar - 80 ml
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage.
2. Cut the beets and carrots into strips or grate them on a grater for Korean-style carrots.
3. Cut the onion into strips.
4. Mix all the vegetables.
5. Mix all the necessary ingredients for the marinade and bring to a boil.
6. Pour the hot marinade over the vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
