Ingredients:
- black currants - 5 cups
- red currants - 5 cups
- raspberries - 5 cups
- oranges - 3 pieces
- sugar - 10 cups
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the oranges and pour boiling water over them.
2. Pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder and add sugar.
3. Put on the stove to boil, stirring occasionally.
4. Boil for 10 minutes.
5. Sterilize the jars in the oven.
6. Pour the jam into the hot jars.
7. Pour boiling water over the lids and close the jars.
8. Cover with a blanket and leave to cool.
9. In winter, it will be a delicious addition to pancakes and flavorful tea (especially during colds).
