In addition to classic cucumbers, zucchini can also be pickled quickly. This will make a delicious and spicy appetizer that will be a great addition to kebabs or steaks. And you can eat vegetables with spices in 20 minutes after cooking.

The idea of cooking pickled zucchini in 20 minutes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Petrenko (viktoriiapetrenko76). For the dish, you will need a regular plastic bag.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • mixture of Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
  • pepper - to taste
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into cubes.

2. Put it into a package.

3. Mix all the spices in a separate container.

4. Mix it well.

5. Brush zucchini with a separate mixture.

6. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 20 minutes.
