Marinated pork ribs are an exquisite hot dish that can become a signature dish at a New Year's Eve party. The spicy, slightly sweet taste and tender flavorful meat will not leave guests indifferent. But in order to make the dish just right, you need to follow a special cooking technique.

The secrets of delicious marinated pork ribs in a special sauce were shared by celebrity chef Hector Jimenez Bravo on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs - 1 kg.

Calculate the marinade in the ratio of 3:2:1:

  • brown sugar
  • smoked paprika
  • granulated garlic

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the ribs well, and peel off the film.

2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade in one container.

3. Roll the ribs well and brush with the mixture.

4. Leave to marinate for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator.

5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours.

6. Remove, brush with BBQ sauce, and sprinkle green onions on top.
