How to marinate pork ribs to make the barbecue unsurpassed

If you want to prepare a delicious meat dish for a festive lunch or dinner, pork ribs are the perfect product for this. The most important thing is to marinate them properly and choose a good sauce for serving.

Culinary expert Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for delicious, flavorful barbecue ribs and also told us how to marinate them best on Instagram (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

To marinate the ribs well, Hector advises putting them in slider bags.

Ingredients:

  • pork ribs - 1 kg

Marinade:

  • brown sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • smoked paprika - 2 tbsp.
  • granulated garlic - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the ribs well and remove the film on the inside.

2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.

3. Roll the ribs in it well and brush with a mixture of sugar, paprika and garlic. Put them in a bag and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 12-24 hours.
