How to marinate mushrooms deliciously: for a salad or as an appetizer
The mushrooms that are best suited for pickling are mushrooms. It takes very little time for the product to have a rich spicy flavor. Ready-made mushrooms can be eaten as an independent snack or used as an ingredient in a salad.
The idea of cooking pickled mushrooms was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname tomka_an.
Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 400 g
- water - 100 ml
- vinegar - 3 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- peppercorns, bay leaf
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the mushrooms well. You do not need to peel them.
2. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Let it cool down.
4. Drain the marinade, add the herbs and onions, and mix.
5. The pickled mushrooms are ready. They can be eaten or used for salads.
