How to marinate fresh tomatoes deliciously: you can eat in 30 minutes
Delicious pickled tomatoes can be eaten in just 30 minutes if you use the following technique. The vegetables will remain juicy and quite spicy if you add enough garlic and soy sauce. Vegetables are perfectly stored in a glass container.
The idea of making quick pickled tomatoes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann food. The appetizer is perfect for a festive table.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- parsley - a bunch
- garlic - 5 cloves
Ingredients for the marinade:
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- paprika - 0.5 tsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp -1 tsp or to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
2. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
3. Chop the parsley and garlic.
4. Put tomatoes, onions, parsley, and chopped garlic in layers in a container.
5. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over the tomatoes.
6. Close the container with a lid and place in a cool place for 30 minutes.
7. During this time, shake the container several times to evenly distribute the marinade and soak all the tomatoes.
