A food blogger with the nickname danilchenko 77 shared a simple recipe for marinating eggplants on Instagram. The cook claims that they are very tasty and spicy. And everyone will definitely like them.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 2 kg
- Hot peppers - 3 pcs
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Parsley
Ingredients for the marinade
- Water - ½ glass
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 cup
- Vinegar - 200 ml
- Salt - 2.5 tbsp
The method of preparation
1. Boil the eggplants for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling and cool.
2. Finely chop the pepper, garlic and parsley.
3. For the marinade, combine everything, bring to a boil and cool.
4. Cut the eggplants and put them in a container, sprinkle each layer with the vegetable mixture, pour the marinade over them and refrigerate.
5. They are ready to eat in 2 days, but the longer they stand, the tastier they are.
