Ingredients:
- chicken wings
For the marinade:
- soy sauce
- mustard in grains
- honey
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the wings into pieces.
2. Pour soy sauce and add mustard. (The proportions of mustard per 1 kg of wings are 1 tsp). Stir and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil. Put the wings together with the marinade. Fry over medium heat, turning occasionally.
4. When the dish is almost ready, add a little honey for a richer flavor. Stirring, bring to readiness.

- Chicken thighs
Diluted marinade:
- orange - 1 pc
- honey - 1 tbsp
- mustard in grains - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 20 g
- chili flakes
- Italian herbs
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the chicken thighs in the oven or grill.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Mix the orange juice, honey, mustard, and oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chili flakes, Italian herbs, and salt at the end. Cook for a few more minutes.
3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover with foil, and let stand for 10 minutes.
