How to marinate champignons with spices quickly: you can eat in 10 hours

Champignons are ideal mushrooms that can be baked, salted, pickled, grilled, oven-cooked, fried with potatoes, and used as pie fillings. They are also added to salads, made into sandwiches, and even eaten raw.
Cook Liza Hlynska shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pickled champignons with soy sauce and spices that can be eaten in 10-12 hours.
Ingredients:
- champignons – 500 g
- salt – 20 g
- sunflower oil – 50 ml
- soy sauce – 50 ml
- vinegar – 20 ml
- sugar – 1/2 tbsp.
- black peppercorns – 5-6 pcs.
- garlic – 4-6 cloves.
- parsley, cilantro – a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms.
2. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes.
3. Marinade: combine oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaf, garlic and herbs, mix well.
4. Drain the mushrooms and add to the marinade.
5. Cover the mushrooms with foil and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
