How to make unusual avocado pancakes: they always turn out fluffy
Pancakes are American fluffy fritters that even a child can fry. According to traditional technology, the dish is quite satisfying and high in calories, as it contains wheat flour and milk. There is also a more dietary version with avocado and whole wheat flour.
The idea of making fluffy pancakes with avocado was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Herasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv).
Ingredients:
- avocado – 1/2 pc
- banana – 1 pc
- eggs – 2 pcs
- spinach – 6-8 leaves
- whole wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Cooking method:
1. Peel the banana and avocado.
2. Put the ingredients in a blender.
3. Beat everything until smooth.
2. Bake on a preheated frying pan on both sides. If these are mini-pancakes, it is very convenient to turn them over with a dessert fork.
