How to make tomato juice with pulp for the winter: the easiest recipe

Tomato juice is a flavorful, tasty drink that you just can't help but love. But it tastes especially good if you make it at home. Homemade juice has a pleasant sweetish flavor and tender flesh - nothing like the store-bought stuff.

The recipe for tomato juice for the winter was published on one of the culinary channels "Natasha's home" on YouTube (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Ingredients for 12 liters:

  • tomatoes
  • salt - 3 tbsp. l

Method of preparation:

1. Tomatoes cut randomly, then grind in a blender or through a meat grinder.

2. The resulting mass pour into a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil.

3. Add salt. Stir to combine. Boil for about 10 minutes.

4. Pour the hot juice into sterile jars. Seal hermetically with sterile lids.
