How to make thin pancakes with holes: recipe for water and eggless batter
Traditional pancakes are prepared on milk, kefir, whey, sour cream. But in order for them to be openwork and have characteristic holes, you can take as a basis ordinary water. At the same time, it is not necessary to use eggs.

Ingredients:
- boiled water - 500 ml
- flour - 10 tbsp.
- tea bag - 1 pc
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. To begin with, you need one tea bag in a glass of hot water (200 ml).
2. Pour the brewed tea into a bowl and add the remaining water. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved.
3. Add flour and mix until smooth.
4. Add the butter. Stir.
5. Stir the soda with lemon juice and add to the batter.
6. The batter for pancakes is ready, you can immediately proceed to frying.
