Ingredients:
- apples - 1.25 kg
- sugar - 0.88 kg
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the apples and remove the center. Cut into medium cubes.
2. Cover the apples with sugar. Leave in this form overnight.
3. In the morning, the apples will have enough juice. At this stage, put them on the fire and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then leave to cool.
4. In the evening, boil the apples again for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave overnight.
5. In the morning, boil the apples again for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool for 5 hours. Repeat this procedure two more times.
6. Pour the finished hot jam into sterile jars and seal them airtight. Turn the jars upside down and leave to cool.
