How to make thick and transparent quince jam: a quick recipe for the winter
While it is almost impossible to eat quince raw, it tastes amazing when cooked. And the main thing is that it is delicious both in desserts and in addition to main dishes. Quince jam is especially tasty as it has a pleasantly thick consistency and transparent color.
Food blogger Lilia with the nickname lileklilek2 shared a recipe for quince jam on her Instagram page.
